Chef Patrick Kander utilizes local products and vendors to support the local economy placing emphasis on scratch cooking with a simple yet upscale flair. After graduating from the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America, Patrick, returned to his native Cleveland roots where he was a practicing chef within Northeast Ohio for 20 years. Based in Helena Montana, Chef Kander brings quality ingredients exquisitely prepared to your table.
Patrick credits his passion for preparing simple food well to his extensive restaurant experiences, including sous chef at the popular Piccolo Mondo restaurant in downtown Cleveland. Expanding his focus, Patrick turned to catering. This led him to become the catering chef for Bon Appetit Management Company at Case Western Reserve University. Chef Kander was Executive Chef at the University of Akron, Hillsdale College (Hillsdale, Michigan), and Carroll College in Helena, MT. Currently Patrick is the executive Chef at The Montana Law Enforcement Academy in Helena, MT.

Focusing on quality, fresh ingredients from local vendors Chef Kander brings a wealth of experience as a private Chef and caterer. Whether preparing for a small private gathering in your home or catering for a 400 person event, Patrick will make the event special. Chef Kander draws from his experiences as personal chef for NFL clients, executive chef at colleges and universities as well as running a successful catering operation for his private and corporate clients.
